What is on it
The text, the screenshots, the diagrams and the software described here belong to the publisher unless something says otherwise. The names of other products are their owners’.
The pages describe a product that changes. Where a capability is not built, the page says so in three words — Available, Preview, Planned — and those come from one manifest so that two pages cannot disagree. If you find a page that contradicts another, that is a defect and we would like to be told.
What this site is not
Nothing here is legal advice, and nothing here certifies compliance with anything. EVIDENT reports evidence and gaps; deciding what is acceptable, and defending it to a regulator, is work that stays with the organisation doing it.
The contractual documents — terms, the data processing agreement, any service levels, the subprocessor list and the security and assurance material — are not published here. They are provided during commercial and security due diligence, to somebody who is evaluating the product, and the way to ask is the address above.
